What we collect

If you contact us or request an estimate, we collect what you give us: your name, your phone number or email, the address of the job, and whatever you tell us about the work. That is all. We do not buy information about you from anyone else.

What we do with it

We use it to quote your job, schedule it, turn up, and follow up afterwards. Nothing else.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, we may send you appointment reminders, a message when a crew is on the way, and a reply if you call and we cannot pick up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for receiving a message.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Stopping texts never affects the work itself — we can still reach you the way we always could.

We do not share or sell your mobile number. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to in order to do the work, and the software we use to run the business — scheduling, messaging and invoicing tools that act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for anything of their own.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the job and for our records afterwards, and no longer than the law requires us to.

Asking us about your information

Email hestergrading@gmail.com and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
