What you are agreeing to

When you give Hester Grading your mobile number and tick the box to be texted, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us about your job.

What we send

Appointment confirmations and reminders, a message when a crew is on the way, a reply if you call and nobody picks up, and occasionally a request for a review or a note about work we could do for you again.

How often

Message frequency varies, depending on your job and how much of it is going on.

What it costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Hester Grading does not charge you for receiving a message.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop. Reply HELP to any message and you will get a reply telling you how to reach us. Stopping texts does not affect your job — we can still call you.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile number. What we do with your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
